Sisällä Apartment will only ship within Australia. We dispatch to valid Australian residential or commercial addresses. Smaller items may be shipped to PO box addresses if provided on the order—this will be at our discretion. 

Items deemed unsuitable to dispatch to P.O. box (due to weight, size or fragility), Sisällä will contact you to make alternative arrangements. We will not take responsibility for late or lost items if address provided is incomplete or inaccurate. Tracking IDs will be provided where applicable.

Items will ship between 2-7 workings days after purchase, for ‘in-stock’ orders.

Orders are dispatched from Metro Melbourne & delivery arrival times vary on location.

Pre-orders are subject to estimated lead times shown under the product description of the item & an additional 2-7 workings days for dispatch to our customers may apply.

Refunds & Exchanges

The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs in returning items to Sisällä. We will assist in sending a replacement for products that are incorrect to those ordered by the customer or defective (12 month warranty applies to defective products from time of purchase), products may be subject to lead times if item was a pre-order item, or currently out of stock. Refunds are processed if goods are defective & Sisällä cannot replace the product within a reasonable time frame.  Exemptions: large pre-order items & custom made to order items i.e. arm chairs, chairs, tables, lighting & sofas—exchange only.

Buyer or persons acting on the buyer’s behalf assumes full responsibility for all actions pertaining to & not limited to visiting, researching, reading, reviewing & committing to a purchase on our Sisällä website. For more information on any products listed on our pages please get in touch. We are more than happy to assist with your pre-purchase needs.

Sisällä will not provide refunds or exchanges on ‘change of mind’ purchase(s).

Sessions by Sisällä, courses & workshops: Please select session dates carefully before purchasing , do ensure you’re available for these sessions, as no refunds nor part of will be given for partial or non-attendances.
